Option one gives the open plan layout an IKEA style makeover, complete with chunky dining chairs, cheerful accents, and flat weave area rug.
Designed by visualizer Andrey Volkov, the look builds slowly with a minimalistic living room scheme that gathers its warmth from the rich wood tone of the entertainment feature wall.
In the living room, a white sofa that would look at home in a spaceship swoops into position in front of a TV wall that has an integrated sound system and concealed media cabinets beneath the screen. The ceiling cutaway forges a path from the lounge area around to the kitchen and dining spaces, revealing an overhead river of light.
There is inspiration for rooms all over the home in this fresh looking dwelling, so let us see which ideas we can borrow starting in the main room. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a long open space, but there are several factors at play to prevent it from appearing plain. The first element is the stripe of glossy teal created by a run of wall units on the kitchen side. The base units are knocked back in a more subtle shade, so that the left wall does not overpower the lounge area on the right.
To begin with a neutral palette, like this creamy sofa and rug ensemble, we can see that the series of swatches across the canvass picks up not only the paler hues, but works through the spectrum to tie in every shade right through to the black accent cushions. Of course, your wall art doesn't have to appear as a spectrum, but look for pieces that work all the way though your color story, from light to dark.
The home has a total area just short of one thousand square meters, with a total living space of 656 square meters, complete with four bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms.
A freestanding look is achieved in this kitchen, where a wooden crockery sideboard holds twin cookers. The wooden elements of the room are freshened by white cabinets, worktops and fridge-freezer.

Modern bookcase
The first apartment has the foundations of a monochrome dream, with striking black and white chevron rug, and snow-white sofa and accent chairs. However, as you wander a little further into the scheme warm notes appear in the form of purposefully placed red home accessories such as a large plant pot and a scattering of rosy vases in the display nooks of the built in bookcase.
The huge pool is almost a secondary lake, but with built-in hot tub alongside spouting water fountains the bright body of water brings a much more luxurious tempo.
Rich wood covers the floor and feature wall of this otherwise white apartment design, from arhform architectural studio, creating a warm and welcoming look. The lounge and dining areas are defined by shaggy area rugs from a neutral palette, and lighting choices throughout are big and bold.
A green accent chair in the entryway continues the fresh accent color from the dining area.
The obligatory poolside patio stretches out from the house, with as much sun lounging room as any self respecting hotel provides to its sun worshiping holiday makers. Gardens sweep away on either side, providing a lush view from the waters edge.
Matching topiaries are an absolute sure way of creating a regal feeling in a green space, but for an understated elegance be sure to stick to simple designs like these spherical affairs, rather than pruning a crowing rooster design!

This home studio celebrates the users vocation, with a bespoke photography wall paper. You can find many companies online that now offer this service, just upload your image and dimensions and have it delivered to your home for personalized wow factor.
White kitchen island
This fresh scheme escapes the typically girly colors and instead replaces them with fresh tones of apple green, lemon yellow and aqua blue, with just the tiniest nod to the pink tradition.
The two callings of this 15th century building truly work hand in hand, as a church invokes the perfect atmosphere of hushed study that is required for a serious book shop, and spanning three huge mezzanine floors this really is a serious book store! Each level looks out across the vast space, topped by a stunning vaulted ceiling that arches its way down to the cobalt colored glass panels of the towering window at the far end.
We love the feathery privacy screening created by the border of leafy green plants in this one, as well as the tropical jungle-like borders to make you feel as though you are sunbathing in the rainforest rather than perched above a concrete jungle. The decking runs from edge to edge, giving this space the feeling of an indoor room.
It will house 13,000 employees during their working day and is set to revolutionise the way the groundbreaking company runs it's operations; all this whilst sticking to an eco-friendly outlook with its implementation of green technology and renewable energy, courtesy of Apple's natural gas facility with a back-up electricity grid.
The zesty orange furniture in this one really work against the lime stripes, but we're not sure that promoting laptop use in the bathroom is the best idea-steam is not your laptop's friend!
Private Pool
A cooly classic living space; quietly serious in pallet but deliciously sumptuous in texture.
A theatrical feeling is evoked by the raised platforms of this home, as though the homeowners are about to take the stage.
